For Prior Grant Recipients

Interim Reports tell us how previously awarded funds were used. If your organization received funding for a previous grant request and is applying for a grant this year, you MUST submit an Interim Grant Report in addition to your application.

• Both your Application and the Interim Report must be submitted no later than May 31st.

• Applications from previously funded organizations without an Interim Report will be declined.

Information not related to the Interim Grant Report will not be reviewed.
